The Brick - Horrible experience

Purchased massage chair and paid over $100 for delivery. Delivered with piece by pieces and ask to assemble it(its electrial component included) and ask for more money. Do I supposed to be a electrician or master furniture manufacturer to be a consumer of the Brick???

The Brick - Worst sevice

I bought a bed with 5 years protection plan. Now my bed is damage. I took some picture and give it to the brick. The manger is we dont refund. It is naturle you used it and get damaged. The why you let us buy protection plan.

The Brick - Terrible Experience with Brick Delivery

Two failed delivery attempts for a refrigerator caused much aggravation, wasted time and loss of wages from work to be home for the delivery. Needless to say we canceled our purchase, obtained a refund and went elsewhere. The Brick’s Delivery Department and Team is a disgrace and will cost The Brick a lot of lost business!

Brick is Proudly Canadian. How embarrassing!!! This is the worst company ever. A company with no refund or exchange policy and expecting you to pay for the item by just looking at their website. Going to the store is a total waste of time. No floor model is on display...
