The Brick - Awful Cards Terrible Service

Desjardins Visa Cards are awful, so confusing, online service not user friendly at all. You make payment to your card it goes to some other invoice. I have one brick visa card but 7 different account numbers for same card to make payments. Worst Visa Card experience til now. I wont recommend this card if you want some peace of mind.

We have purchased from the Brick numerous times in the past. I cannot begin to explain my disappointment in the customer service and failed delivery date promises on several promises that have occurred in the recent past.

bought and paid for a couch.was told could pick it up the next day,i showed up with my trailer and was told it will take another 2 weeks to get there,so i called 2 weeks later and then was told 3 weeks,so today i call and they now say 2 more weeks maybe longer,unbelievable,big company they suck.customer service was not so nice and all they do is lie throught thier teeth..extreamly unhappy
