I bought a brand new TV st the brick in fort McMurray Alberta on Saturday and set it up Saturday night and it turns of by itself and when I shut it of and turn it back on I have to change the input everytime to get back to the TV and I called the brick and they said as soon as u open the box there's no refunds or exchanges but didnt mention anything about that when I bought it and now I have to wait for a tech ician to order new mother board and install it imagine that on a new TV only a couple days old so for so for anyone in fort McMurray I wouldn't waste my time or money shopping there there a bunch of scam artists

Took back my furniture because I could not find my photo id"

I paid months ago. There have been many delays. It finally arrived today. I could not find my photo id at the time. Despite it being the correct address, an apartment, where I have lived by myself for many years, they took it back. I have spent thousands at the Brick over the years. Who else do they think I would be?

I purchased furniture at the brick in Anjou which was delivered April 29, 2021. My bedroom furniture was delivered wit chipped paint and some other defects that need to be repaired. I have been sending pictures and calling to get an agent to make a service call for someone to come and do repairs but every time I call no one picks up and if they do they ask me to send pictures and then I never get a call or reply back. I am frustrated. I paid money and I am not getting the service. I have never ever received such bad customer service. Would never recommend anyone to go buy furniture at the brick.

This is the first and last time I will ever shop at The Brick. I purchased and returned a mattress. Then I foolishly purchased another mattress of greater value thinking it was a new purchase. Waited three weeks for delivery. WRONG, it is still considered a reselect....

Malfunctioning tv

Bought a brand new smart tv and set it up and first day using it it and the screen started to glitch out. So frustrating every product Ive purchased from them Ive had issues. How do they get away with selling me a new tv thats *** thats terrible for business very upsetting...

Poor Customer Service

I purchased a leather lift recliner from the Brick online because of the pandemic lock down. I received the recliner and realized that it was not suitable for my disability (ALS) as it did not come fully upright being 90degress with the seat and as a result made me have difficulty breathing because of my condition. I was told I could not exchange it for another or get a refund because the box it was packaged in was opened. Even though I only had it for 20 minutes when I realized the problem problem.

Poor customer service

I purchased something from their Electronics department only to have it DOA. Called immediately and was told I need to deal with the manufacturer as they can only accept a return for something that doesn't work if the package has not been opened. Anyone follow that logic?

User's recommendation: It's buyer beware whenever making a purchase at The Brick. They seem to only be facilitators and carry zero responsibility for the products they sell. STAY AWAY!

Power cord didn't come with automatic bed

I have phoned and sent texts to The Brick. The power cord did not come with the Simmons automatic base we ordered. We purchased the base on November 5th. my 78 year old mother has copd and chronic pain. We had bought the bed to help with her pain and also for her copd. I am so fed up with The Brick. All we want is the power cord. I am doing an interview on Sunday. Hopefully, we will get answers.

Warranty

Bought washer/dryer I haven't through 2 of them in just over 2 years GE. 1st year of warranty was great now the fun begins. King and estates is usually the 2nd warranty..you got it not on therefore clients sent to TRANSGLOBAL. WARNING ATAY AWAY.. Long and short if we treated a customer the way they treated I would deal with them and take them to Bbb The tec. came to install it BUT they only do 3/4 of the job. It's a matter of putting a few screws in the wall, but nope. The Brick's customer service used to be one of the best, now it is the Worst .#thebrickbuy from somewhere

Buy a quality Simmons mattress 3 yrs ago...3inch sag and claim denied..the brick has forever lost my entire families support....

Why don't the delivery guys have protective shoes to enter our houses? They just enter with their dirty shoes, whether you have carpet or not. We told the guy his shoes are making our floors all dirty, he said he's not allowed to remove his shoe, we did not expect him to take his shoes off but at least wipe them off, there were two mats...
