their policies are terrible, and their customer care is even worse
the reason they are still in business, is that they get your money, and then make it impossible to return anything, even if they lied to you and are totally in the wrong
you get shuffled from phone line to phone line, leaving messages, and get blocked every way possible
they have pissed me off so much, all for about $230, that I will not buy anything from them ever again (despite needing to refurnish a new apartment, where I plan on spending about $3,000 - $4,000). how stupid is this company?
if you read this, never spend a dime in this place
even if a big hassle, go elsewhere, and save yourself the headache and hassle
