The delivery men wrecked my ceiling and walls while forcing the boxspring through the stairway. I didn't realize there was damage until a few days later (as I didn't look up at ceiling and have been extremely busy with my move and getting the new place ready for my two young children, all while commuting and working full time).

When I called The Brick, it was less than a week from their delivery and they refused to take responsibility for the damage, claiming that it's been past 3 days and that this was stated on their invoice. I checked on their invoice and online and found no such information. The manager stated that they would not honour my claim because it's past 3 days, when nowhere does it say that I have to report my claim within 3 days. It's just a minor job to them but a big job for me as I do not have the resources or know how to fix this.

But they simply brushed me aside because I didn't spend that much with them (the manager looked up my account and then told me that he was not going to honour my claim). Very disappointed with the customer service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $50.

Preferred solution: Patch up my ceiling and walls.
