I just recently purchased dining chairs online from this store and the color was different from what they had online and after assembly the so called plush soft cushioned chairs turned out to be firm and creaky.What was terrible was the lack of customer support - they are not willing to send anyone to check the chairs unless I pay for it, they will only exchange the chairs for the same product another batch and I they will under no circumstances help with picking the bad ones up.
At the end of the day if it means spending a couple hundred extra and going elsewhere - I will.
This was such a bad first experience with the Brick - never again.They obviously have not caught on to the simple business fact that its not about making one sale but about keeping a customer.
