Awful training, youre put on the road and have to figure it out as you go, peoples homes and product get damaged because of this, Managers have no regard for your safety, Lots of guys are injured or fake injuries and wsib claims just because they hate the job. overworked, not given enough time to meet customer time frames.
inequality of pay, some get paid $25hr and some $16hr to suffer through the same job. Dealing with Spiteful vengeaful managers and angry customers who got screwed by the company.
