I had the worst nightmare dealing with "marche central" location.

I bought a recliner in Oct 2o2o and it broke down in March 2021.

I have the brick warranty on it and the manufacture too.

I have made the purchase on their card so they got their money.

went to the store and want to return it. or repurchase another sofa, however.

I bought exactly the same recliner. they said the recliner is

not in stock. I made the purchase and waited for over a month for them to call me for the delivery date. they did not and on the 3rd of my, I call the store to find out when I will get the recliner.

I was answered by someone who presented herself as a manager. first, she did not see that the recliner is in stock and told me, I will get it in early June. then I protested that is way too far and I may be out of province living in a different province by then she said,"do not worry you go to the brick in that province you will be at and asked them for the recliner", and when I said how come? don't they are going to charge me shipment, she puts me on hold and then comes back with a date for the delivery.

I asked her if the broken one will be picked up she said,"yes". the brick guys come to do the delivery with the wrong item to pick up, however, they pick up the recliner 3 seats and they leave me the new one. not even 30min later they come back and they say, "we are not supposed to pick up anything". ok, so why did you have this paper with you with the wrong item too.

they don't know. I call the store she closes the line in my face. and then I do try to call again no one picks up the phone. I took my daughter's phone and I called they answered the phone and when they found out it is me, they had me on hold.

because of their poor customer service and a poor explanation to me.

poor communication with their guys I lost my money on the recliner and the recliner and they won't do anything to compensate me. not in stock

User's recommendation: make sure you do not make your purchase from this location.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

The Brick Pros: 0000.

The Brick Cons: Terrible return policy on defective items.
